My goal is to help them improve their relationships, manage and channel their feelings, and realize their true potential.

I treat a range of issues including: anxiety, PTSD, depression, and relationship issues. I am specifically trained in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which I effectively use to treat adults, children and adolescents. When working with me, you can expect a significant reduction of symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, and outbursts.
